Delivery Terms

All shipments are handled with DHL Express, ensuring fast and secure delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. All items are shipped directly from Italy. Please note that we do not deliver to Packstations.

For orders outside the European Union, please note that local customs duties and VAT may apply upon arrival and are not included in the price.


Lead Time & Delivery Estimate

The lead time indicated on each product page refers to the estimated time required to prepare, produce, and ship the product.

Lead times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends, public holidays, or company closure periods. The indicated lead time should be considered an estimate and may vary slightly depending on production requirements, order volume, material availability, or shipping conditions.


Fixed Dates

We are unable to guarantee fixed delivery dates for online orders. We appreciate your understanding and strive to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.


International Shipping

We accept orders and offer free worldwide delivery to all destinations. Wherever you are, we ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely.


Payment Options

We offer a variety of secure payment options to provide you with flexibility and convenience: Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Later.


Returns

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Customers bear the shipping cost, risk, and any import fees.

To initiate the return process, it is necessary to attach transport Document (DDT). This document must be provided by us and will be sent to you via email after your return request. The DDT contains all the necessary information for shipping and clearing the custom properly, such as the destination address and receiver contacts.

To minimize the risk of damage during return shipping and ensure timely delivery, please use one of the following couriers only: DHL, FedEx, or UPS.


Non-Returnable Items
:

- Customized or perishable goods.

- Items mixed inseparably with others after delivery.

- Discounted items or products purchased using a promotional code.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale or promo code items are excluded unless required by law. Refunds are processed upon receipt or proof of return delivery.
